Today I tried feeding Collin Rice Cereal for the first time. I know I sound like a cheesy 1st time mom posting this but it was so funny. Here are the pictures in order of the event! As you can tell...she wasn't too crazy about it! Hopefully she will get better!

You need to mix it with yummy stuff... pears, bananas, applesauce. That's the only way I could ever get Ava to eat it.
But only try one thing at a time to make sure she isn't allergic. :) I'm such a dork.
Colin is so cute! Its good to finally see a pic of her, you were pregnant last time I saw you. (maybe start with veggies, if you start with fruit you might have a hard time getting her to like the nasty green peas!) But who knows, you'll hear something different from every mom, good luck!
I love your "first time mom" posts! :) I am right there with you! These little girlies just get more and more adorable! Even when they spit their food out, puke or have never ending diaper change days...we just love them! :) She is getting SO old! Love the beach pics too!
Megan, I'm glad you documented that. Jake would always be leaning over my shoulder saying, "she doesn't like vegtables, just like me, don't make her eat that." Men, they are such a crack up. try getting that on film. Have you seen Melissa's blog? It's so cute. She needs to keep posting.
Your baby is all grown up eating cereal already? Somehow I have forgotten all of that. Fun pics! I love the 'what did you just feed me' looks. Please, it is okay to sound cheesy when you are a Mom! The cheese just ooozes out everywhere! Just ask Russ. HE knows.

Collin is so hot in her little bikini!! Love it! So funny that she spit the cereal out. I haven't introduced Griffin to real food yet. But I have a feeling he will love it. I guess they just have to get used to it. So fun to see you when you were here! Still touching your hair non-stop?

Hey we are thinking of moving to seal beach how far is that from you and if you know of any good places do tell. Collin is such a doll even when shes spitting up.
Rice cereal is so fun to give the kids. My kids didn't like it at all. They wanted milk or normal food. They didn't like to put up with the baby stuff.
