fun-ish night! after work today, matthew picked me up and we headed to bolsa chica for a little ward beach party. yes you're lookin' at her...the hula-hoopin' champ! i scored myself a sweet badminton set for winning! they served pig (???i think but not sure), salt water corn (kind of nervous about ingesting the contaminated ocean water), some bean/meat mixture, some other questionable side dishes, and a random box of twinkies and ding dongs. quite the smorgasbord! needless to say we had to make a little dinner stop on the way home. most of you readers know my pot-luck fears. however, we did enjoy the company and the beautiful weather.

HILLARIOUS! I don't know what scares me more...pot-luck's or left-overs! Gross. Jelous that your ward party was on the beach...ours was tonight,of course at the stake center(100+ still outside here!)
