feeling domestic?

Every other week at church, a sign up goes around to purchase a flat of strawberries from the kind lady who gets them at a great price. When I see the sign-up, I want to make jam. I crave it and think about it all day! I have never attempted but I felt like it was time. So Sunday I placed my order and today I am a happy girl!
All you need is a little bit of this...

only 1/4 of this amount (to make 12, 8oz containers)
And there you have it...
the perfect summertime treat!
I now have a way too many Strawberries and Jam for life!
Thanks Becoming Betty for the recipe and tips!

I have 1/4 of a jar in my fridge from Kate and I just can't use the last of it because I want it to last forever. We call it liquid candy around here. Such a cute gift...great idea..thx.
