fancy dancin

Matthew was asked to be a groomsman in his boss's wedding. It was a black tie event and the Beverly Hills Hotel. It was probably one of the most gorgeous, most fun weddings I've ever attended.
Most of my closest friends are probably happy that this darn wedding is over so they don't have to listen to me stress about the dress, the babysitting, the awkwardness of not knowing anyone, etc. Well although I didn't document those things as well as I could have, here is a glimpse of our fun weekend.
Friday night was the rehearsal and dinner. They reserved the entire restaurant at Morton's Steak House. Yum-O!
It was FREEZING that night so I had to cover my cute outfit that I stressed about for days with an ugly coat. Waaa waaa.

The Bride's family was always so kind and generous, making sure all of their wedding party was taken care of with food and drinks.

After the ceremony, we danced our little booties off. I honestly think every single guest was on that dance floor. The live band was so much fun, you couldn't stay in your seat.

There were so many beautiful details. They really didn't miss a beat that night.
Even the bathroom was stunning.

The Hora: This is what needs to happen at every party. This dance got everyone on their feet. Total blast!

Perfect choices for hair make up jewelry, and attire. So glad you guys had a great time. It does look like a fantastic wedding. maybe if i get married again, we can do the chair dance just for fun?
i am pleased that this life altering event of yours is over. Now we can all take a deep breath and I can stop looking in every dress section of any store i go in for you:)

Hi Megs! What a FUN wedding. Don and I attended a similar wedding (Jewish) of one of his co-workers a few years ago, and I have to say I agree...it was the most fun we have ever had at a wedding. My feet were SORE the next day from all of the dancing. I love the chair dancing! Oh and BTW--you looked adorable as usual!!

Pretty much my lifelong dream to attend an event that fancy and with that much good food and dancing. Love your black dress. Wish I could have that chocolate party favor. How in the world do you get big pictures on your blog? I need a tutorial.

A piece of advice: make sure your kids have jewish friends in junior high because bar/bat mitzvahs are as great as the weddings!
