over the weekend while working in AZ , i was able to squeeze in a few fun visits with some friends.
i got home late Saturday night and then after my first day of my new calling as primary chorister, i was off to carlsbad for a mini vacation of my own!
one great thing about living in CA during the summer is that you get to have fun visitors! kippy and her fam were in town so i stayed with them for a night. it was so relaxing and we enjoyed her beautiful beach house right on the sand.
from there...i drove about a 1/2 a mile to shauni's Oceanside bungalow for another night of fun and then a great day of shopping.
distance doesn't keep these two babies apart. when they are together...they are like 2 peas in a pod. collin loves saying "hi mas" (max). they must know that they are betrothed!
it was a fantastic weekend but i'm really wiped-out! now i've got to gear up for the FABULOUS 4th!!!
