this past weekend i was able to enjoy a little get-away to the great salt lake!
amy and i met at the airport and were greeted by these 2 fabulous hosts...
this cute 1st cousin-once-removed was the real reason for the trip. she competed in the Utah's State Junior Miss Pageant. why do i love her?...because immediately after she won a fitness award...she greeted us with a pizza in hand. now that's my kind of pageant girl!!!

What do I need to do to have your life? Hanging out with David and Jason?! Your new house is so cute and your little princess could not be any cuter. We were at Lehi Days! I wish we would have run into you. My kids were loving the greased pig. Next year they want to sign up. Congrats on the half-way mark!
The secretly wanting to move to Utah part of this post scares me. Although there are some GOOD food places there I will admit! I will be there in 3 short days and it is supposed to be 40 degrees! What the ?? Your cousin is ADORABLE!!! Looks like a fun girl weekend!
I just heard all about this little adventure of yours last night from Amy. I am jealous. I too would move to Utah. So much character in those towns.
