We have had quite the happy holidays around here!
This year, we decided to lay low and have our own little Christmas celebration. Although there were a few moments of wishing I was with our families, I was happy to be here with our little gals.
The girls are at the perfect age. I am so grateful to have 2 girls who {most of the time} are best buddies.
On Christmas day, as they were playing with their new doll house, dancing and singing to Christmas music in their new dresses, I received a text from a friend that said, "...enjoy this time". Me, being a little extra emotional these days, found myself wiping tears as I watched them play. I just love them and am so grateful for these special moments I get to have as a mom.
We had a little Nativity set up in our backyard for a youth activity for our church.
We were lucky to have the cutest little angel and shepherd join us.
What is Christmas without a gingerbread house?
Blake and her funny faces..{and not-so funny mullet}
Our cute babysitters spoiled our girls with fun stockings!
Leaving food for Santa's Reindeer...
The Loot...
Would not put down her purse...or her "REE-Petzle doll"
Tearful moment...
On our way to church...
Pregnant face mom...
Joy.
